Served 8 years as part of the laddertruck, heavy rescue, water rescue, and instructor cadre.

From an 18-U national gold medal, to DIv. 1 NCAA; waterpolo instilled teamwork and performance under pressure.

My work is attributed by ongoing study and professional experience; thousands of hours analyzing everything from stoicism to organizational psychology, neuroscience to ancient warrior wisdom. A neurotic philomath seeking to understand, yet question.
